Our programming aligns with our core verticals: Leadership, Wellness, Wealth, Philanthropy, Entrepreneurship, Arts & Entertainment, and Luxury Travel, and centers the holistic professional and social needs of our members.

ONE NEXT LEAGUE

ONE NEXT LEAGUE is our private professional network focused on career, wellness and entrepreneurship, exclusively for emerging Black and Afro-Latina women who occupy roles up to the director level. We offer resources, counsel, opportunities, and spaces for connection and growth.

ONE SUITE RETREAT

ONE SUITE RETREAT is our executive retreat & conference for C-Suite / VP leaders and founders (women and men) completely centered around the Black experience and culture with programming centered on leisure, connection, expansion, entertainment, and wellness. 2025 speakers include Will Packer, Felicia Pride, Morgan DeBaun, Felecia Hatcher, and many more to be announced!

Journey of the Year is our yearlong series of curated global travel experiences designed to inspire, welcome and celebrate guests through the lens of the Black experience across the globe. Our extraordinary series of trips will host a different group of travelers for seven days of immersive experiences as the journey continues to new countries with new groups .
