Career Exploration and Readiness

Our Career Exploration and Readiness Program, through ONE LEAGUE UP, helps students discover career options that align with their interests, strengths, and goals while building the skills needed to pursue them. Through assessments, guided conversations, resume and interview preparation, and direct interaction with professionals, students gain exposure to a range of career pathways and a clearer understanding of what it takes to succeed in each one. The program creates a supportive space for exploration, questions, and future planning for both college-bound and job-focused students.

Ideal for:

• High school and college students exploring college, career, internships, and postsecondary pathways
• Students who need more clarity, confidence, and structured support in identifying next steps after school, especially first generation and "first in the family to" students

Career awareness and alignment
